The Soulard Community Improvement District is a political subdivision of the State of Missouri and a public governmental body subject to Missouri's Sunshine Law (Chapter 610, RSMo). Board meetings are open to the public except where closure is specifically authorized by law, and CID records are available for public inspection and copying upon request. To request public records, or with questions about an upcoming meeting, contact our records custodian: Terry Hoffman (chair@soulardcid.org). We aim to respond to all Sunshine Law requests within three business days, as required by Missouri law.

Clean Streets

The CID funds supplemental bulk trash pick-up throughout Soulard. The city does bulk pick-up every second Monday of the month (which is when residents are instructed to discard large items). A private waste management contractor is now proactively scouring the neighborhood for discarded bulk items the 1st, 3rd and 4th weeks of the month as well, helping to keep alleyways clear. If trash needs to be addressed in the neighborhood, residents can contact cleanstreets@soulardcid.org.
