Soulard CID is planning a second electronics recycling and document recycling event on Saturday, October 31 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. behind Edele and Mertz Hardware (1822 S. Broadway). The CID is again partnering with MRC Recycling. Their trained staff will direct residents through the event in an organized manner, unload vehicles and answer any questions.
